Enrol with Activities Unlimited – what you need to know
There are two types of enrolment for Activities Unlimited:
(1) The full enrolment, which means you become a member of Activities Unlimited, and can access all the benefits of this website, such as being able to submit booking requests, use ‘My Favourites’ and get concessionary prices for breaks and activities. This type of enrolment will need to be completed by children and young people with additional needs, and their parents and carers, who want to access the full service provided by Activities Unlimited.
The full enrolment takes around 10 minutes, and this is how you do it!
Please fill out the full enrolment form and complete the details about your child so you can become members of Activities Unlimited. Once you are members, you will be able to submit booking requests and you may also qualify for additional support from Suffolk County Council. When you enrol, you will be asked to enter you email address and set up a password - please use a password you can easily remember as you’ll need this again for Step two and also when you want to log back into the website in the future..
Once you have submitted your account, you will need to activate your account. Activities Unlimited will send you an email to the email address you supplied. This email is sent within minutes of submitting your enrolment so if you don’t receive this from us, please check your spam or junk folder.
You must click on the link within the email to complete your account creation and then you will be taken back into the website and asked to enter you email address and password again. Having completed this, you’ll become an Activities Unlimited member and receive a welcome pack, AU members’ card and lots of goodies. You’ll also then be able to log into the site and submit booking requests for Activities Unlimited’s short breaks.
(2) The quick enrolment
, which is suitable for professionals or providers of breaks and activities, who just want to receive the Activities Unlimited e-newsletter.
The quick enrolment takes around 2 minutes, this is how you do it!
Please fill out the simple e-form, giving us just your name and email address. You now need to activate your account. Activities Unlimited will send you an email to the email address you supplied. This email is sent within minutes of submitting your enrolment so if you don’t receive this from us, please check your spam or junk folder. You must click on the link within the email to complete your account creation and then you will be taken back into the website and asked to enter you email address and password again. This completes your quick enrolment!

Fun filled welcome pack
Everyone who enrols will be sent an Activities Unlimited welcome pack. You’ll only receive this once you’ve complete the simple then detailed enrolment forms. Inside a funky AU bag you’ll find pens, pencils, Activities Unlimited badges and lots of other goodies and useful information.
Activities Unlimited membership card
You’ll also get an Activities Unlimited membership card – this means you can get a concessionary price on many of the activities and short breaks. Plus, you can show it when you use local leisure centres and swimming pools so the staff will know you have an additional need without you having to tell them.
A £10 voucher
You’ll also get a £10 voucher. You can use the voucher against any activity organised by the AU team - so try a £10 activity for free or use it as payment against another activity.
And finally…
Everyone who enrols will also get sent our new magazine, AU News, twice a year and our weekly E-News.
AU News will tell you about new activities and short breaks as well as general news, support, advice and other places that offer events aimed at you. E-News gives weekly information on new activities and information.
